A S’mores-Inspired Treat
This Easter Snack Mix is super easy to make and so good! Bunny grahams, spring M&M’s, marshmallows, and milk chocolate bring that classic s’mores flavor, while white chocolate and sprinkles add a fun pop of color.
It’s perfect for parties or just snacking at home—everyone will love it! Plus, it stays fresh for a week, so you can enjoy it all spring.
Easter Snack Mix Ingredients
- Milk chocolate chips: Milk chocolate gives that classic s’mores taste, but you can use semi-sweet or dark instead.
- Bunny grahams: Swap for teddy grahams for a year-round treat.
- Spring M&M’s: These pastel M&M’s are perfect for Easter. Use different colors for other seasons.
- Dehydrated marshmallows: These tiny, crunchy marshmallows add great flavor and don’t get stale. Look near hot chocolate mixes or order online.
- White chocolate chips: Use good white chocolate for the best taste.
- Vegetable oil: Makes melted chocolate smoother for drizzling.
- Easter sprinkles: Optional, but they add fun color!
How To Make Easter Snack Mix
- Prep pan: This stops the chocolate from sticking and makes cleanup easy!
- Melt chocolate: Stir often to keep the chocolate from burning.
- Spread chocolate: Hold parchment down with one hand while spreading.
- Add snack mix: Make sure toppings touch the chocolate, or they’ll fall off later.
- Drizzle chocolate: Using a bag makes drizzling easy and mess-free.
- White chocolate: Add sprinkles while the chocolate is wet so they stick!
- Chill & break: Keep chilled or it will soften at room temp.
Recipe Tips
- Use good chocolate: It makes the snack mix taste better.
- Melt chocolate carefully: Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring well so it doesn’t burn.
- Line the pan: Parchment or a silicone mat keeps it from sticking.
- Work fast: Add toppings right after spreading the chocolate so they stick.
- Press toppings in: Lightly press bunny grahams, M&M’s, and marshmallows so they stay put.
- Chill until firm: Refrigerate after adding white chocolate and sprinkles.
Storage
Easter Snack Mix Storage
Once you’ve broken the Easter Snack Mix into clusters, it’s important to store it properly to keep it fresh and keep it from melting. To do so, transfer the snack mix to an airtight container, like a plastic container or a resealable plastic bag. Make sure the container is sealed tightly to prevent air from getting in.
It’s important to store the snack mix in the fridge, as it has a tendency to melt and fall apart at room temp. The snack mix will last for up to a week when stored in an airtight container in the fridge.

Easter Snack Mix
Equipment
- Large sheet pan
- Parchment paper or a silicone baking mat or wax paper
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips 12 ounces, see note 1
- 2-1/2 cups Bunny grahams or Teddy grahams, most of a 7-ounce package
- 1 cup Spring M&M’s
- 1/2 cup dehydrated marshmallows optional, see note 2
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil divided
- Easter sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper, a silicone liner, or wax paper. Don’t skip this!
- Add milk chocolate and 1 tsp vegetable oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds on high; stir. Microwave in 10 second increments, stirring between each, until chocolate is just melted. Do not overheat chocolate.
- Spread 3/4 of the melted chocolate (just eyeball it) onto the prepared sheet pan directly on the parchment paper. Spread with a silicone spatula in an even and smooth layer. It’s easiest to hold the paper down with one hand and pull the spatula down and away from the hand holding the paper. Spread to roughly 8×12 inches.
- Working quickly, top the chocolate with the bunny grahams, M&M’s, and dehydrated marshmallows. Spread them evenly across the chocolate, pressing everything gently into one layer that touches the chocolate. Try to get all the toppings to stick to the chocolate or they’ll fall off later.
- If your remaining chocolate in the bowl has cooled, microwave for another 10–20 seconds. Pour melted chocolate into a piping bag or a sandwich bag and snip a tiny bit of the corner off to create a piping bag. Drizzle generously over the snack mix.
- Melt white chocolate and remaining 1/2 tsp vegetable oil in the microwave. Transfer melted chocolate into a piping bag or a sandwich bag and snip a tiny bit of the corner off to create a piping bag. Drizzle generously over the snack mix. Immediately sprinkle with Easter sprinkles, if desired.
- Refrigerate until the mix has completely hardened. Break into clusters and enjoy! Return clusters to a bag or airtight container and store them in the fridge (it becomes melty/falls apart at room temperature).
