Turkey Cranberry Wrap

There aren’t many things easier to make than a wrap! Lately, I’ve been loving these Turkey Cranberry Wraps, along with some Caesar Chicken Wrap for lunches. Both are super simple, totally satisfying, and absolutely delicious!

These Turkey Cranberry Wraps were inspired by the deli at my local grocery store. The kids and I grabbed some for a picnic one day and knew we had to make them at home! They’re savory with a nice tartness from the cranberries and just the right amount of sweetness from the dressing.

All the ingredients in this recipe prepped out for easy assembly.

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas: Warm them under a damp paper towel in the microwave for 10 seconds for easier rolling.
  • Cream cheese spread: Any kind will work. Use lite cream cheese for fewer calories, flavored (like chive and onion) for more flavor, or plain for a classic flavor.
  • Deli turkey: Freshly sliced deli turkey is best. I love Boar’s Head®.
  • Crisp lettuce: Green leaf lettuce is my favorite in Turkey Cranberry Wraps. Romaine or Butter lettuce also works great.
  • White Cheddar cheese: Sargento® aged white cheddar is my favorite. Gouda or Muenster also taste great in these wraps.
  • Dried sweetened cranberries: These add tartness and sweetness, which pair nicely with the turkey and cream cheese.
  • Quick homemade dressing: Poppy seed dressing is delicious on these wraps!

All the ingredients assembled on a tortilla.

How to Make Turkey Cranberry Wraps

  1. Warm Tortilla: Warm the tortilla in the microwave under a damp paper towel for 10 seconds.
  2. Spread Cream Cheese: Spread cream cheese over the tortilla.
  3. Add Fillings: Layer lettuce, turkey, cheese, and cranberries on top.
  4. Drizzle Dressing: Drizzle with poppy seed dressing.
  5. Roll Up: Roll up the tortilla tightly.
  6. Cut and Serve: Cut the wrap in half and enjoy!

What To Serve With Turkey Cranberry Wraps

  • Side Salad: A fresh garden salad or Caesar salad pairs well.
  • Fruit: Sliced apples, grapes, or try my favorite fruit salad.
  • Chips: Classic potato chips, sweet potato chips, or veggie chips all are great on the side!
  • Pickles: Dill pickles are one of my favorite sides to any sandwich or wrap.
  • Veggie Sticks: Carrot, cucumber, and bell pepper sticks with hummus or ranch to dip in.

How to Store Turkey Cranberry Wraps

  • Eat Right Away: These wraps are best eaten right after making because the dressing can make them soggy.
  • Make Ahead: If packing to go or making ahead, store the dressing in a separate container and dip the wrap when ready to eat.

Recipe Notes

Note 1: Homemade poppy seed dressing is highly recommended. If using store-bought, I recommend Briannaโ€™s poppy seed dressing.
Storage: These wraps are best enjoyed right after making because the dressing can make them soggy. If making ahead, store the dressing in a separate container and dip the wrap when ready to eat.
