To measure the fruit, pack it tightly into a measuring cup. In a high-powered blender, process all of the ingredients in the order they are listed on the recipe card. Blend until completely smooth and no chunks remain. You may need to stir ingredients a few times in between blends.
Divide evenly between 2 cups for full servings, or 4 cups for a treat-size serving, and enjoy immediately.

Note 1: I highly recommend this Passion Fruit Juice, but any juice with passion fruit and mango will work for this recipe.Note 2: If you need a dairy-free treat, orange or mango sorbet works great in this recipe as well! Vanilla frozen yogurt can also be used in a pinch, but the flavor is less tropical.Storage: I recommend enjoying this smoothie all at once, ideally right after you make it. The ingredients tend to separate quickly, so it doesn’t store well, and the thick consistency is lost if left sitting.
